Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing client accounts. Key day-to-day tasks include strategic planning, sales forecasting, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the event management team to ensure client satisfaction and successful event execution.

  • Business Development and Sales skills
  • Experience in Strategic Planning and Sales Forecasting
  • Excellent Negotiation and Contract Management skills
  • Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the event management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
