Job Summary:  We are looking for a proactive and strategic Corporate Sales and Project Manager to spearhead the promotion and sale of Health Wellness' Product to corporate clients in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for tie ups and sales with corporates and pitch the product for their wellness programs, employee healthcare benefits, and bulk purchases for distribution within corporate settings.
Responsibilities For Sales
Identify and engage with corporate clients, wellness corporations, and insurance companies to create partnerships for the inclusion of Health Wellness' Product in corporate wellness programs and healthcare benefits.
Develop tailored sales pitches and presentations to showcase the value of implementing Health Wellness' Product as part of corporate healthcare and wellness initiatives.
Collaborate with HR departments, health and wellness committees, and corporate decision-makers to secure contracts for the purchase and distribution of Health Wellness' Product within corporate settings.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to appeal to the corporate segment.
Monitor market trends, identify key opportunities within the corporate healthcare sector, and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue.
Responsibilities For Project Manager
1. Develop a comprehensive project plan for importing, distributing, and selling Health Wellness' Product in India.
2. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely importation and delivery of Health Wellness' Product
3. Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with import regulations and standards.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective strategies for promoting and selling Health Wellness' Product in the target markets.
5. Oversee the setup of distribution channels, including wholesalers, retailers, and e-commerce platforms, to ensure widespread availability of Health Wellness' Product
6. Manage a cross-functional team to execute the project plan, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to the project plan.
8. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to develop and manage the budget for the project.
9. Ensure strong communication and coordination with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and Health Wellness' Product representatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 3 years in corporate sales and marketing.
Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers within corporate entities in India.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and securing contracts for healthcare and wellness products within corporate settings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
