Job Title: Sales and Marketing Associate

ProcDNA ytics Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential clients and markets for growth.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies to exceed goals.
  • Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct meetings to present company offerings.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine pitches and enhance client engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and analyze data for trends and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the improvement of sales processes.
Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies that support sales.
  • Conduct competitive market research to identify trends and threats.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, including digital and social media.
  • Align marketing activities with sales targets and analyze their performance for improvement insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales and marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, particularly digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales/marketing tools.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the North American market, particularly in health systems, payers, and PBM networks.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, etc.
  • B2B sales experience.
