About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Coordinator (Female) to support our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for connecting with clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and opportunities
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business documents
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
- Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Support marketing campaigns and attend promotional events if required
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company

- Prior experience in sales, coordination, or client communication is a plus
