Job Title: ServiceNow Alliances Manager
Location: Noida, Bangalore, Chennai
Reports To: Sr. Director, ServiceNow Global Alliances
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic ServiceNow Alliances Manager to support our global partnerships strategy. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationship with ServiceNow, driving joint go-to-market efforts, and supporting revenue generation. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in alliances management, pre-sales engagements, and procurement processes, reporting directly to the Global Alliances Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of the global alliance strategy with ServiceNow.
• Act as a key liaison with ServiceNow field teams, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, procurement, product, and delivery.
• Drive joint business plans and co-sell strategies with a focus on measurable pipeline generation and revenue growth.
• Lead and support pre-sales engagements, including early-stage solution alignment, value proposition development, and coordination of technical resources.
• Partner with procurement and legal teams to navigate partnership agreements, vendor onboarding, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate enablement programs, certifications, and readiness across internal and partner teams.
• Track and report on alliance KPIs, including sourced/influenced pipeline, joint wins, and partner-influenced revenue.
• Collaborate on joint GTM campaigns, co-branded assets, events, and customer case studies.
• Stay current on ServiceNow’s roadmap, solutions, and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in alliances/partner management, with exposure to pre-sales and procurement functions.
• Proven experience working with or within the ServiceNow ecosystem (or comparable SaaS platforms).
• Solid understanding of procurement workflows, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Enterprise solution workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with solution positioning and joint value proposition creation.
• Familiarity with co-sell motions and alliance management platforms.
• ServiceNow certifications or technical exposure is a strong advantage.
