Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. As a Full-Time position, the candidate is expected to bring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing operations, staff management, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Skills Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Ability to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and address complaints effectively. Menu Planning (Mandatory skill): Proficient in designing diverse and appealing menus that meet customer preferences and dietary requirements. Vendor Management (Mandatory skill): Skilled at negotiating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies. Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives and enhance team performance. Inventory Management: Expertise in tracking stock levels, ordering products, and minimizing waste to maintain profitability. Staff Training: Focused on developing staff skills through regular training sessions to improve service quality and efficiency. Budgeting: Ability to manage the restaurant's financial resources effectively, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness. Food Safety: Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and practices to ensure compliance and health standards are met. Roles and Responsibilities Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high-quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase repeat business. Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. Plan and execute menu changes by collaborating with chefs and culinary staff. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and handling vendor contracts to ensure cost-efficiency. Monitor financial performance, preparing reports and analyzing data for operational improvements. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Engage in marketing and promotional activities to boost restaurant visibility and attract new customers.
