**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Job Title: HOSTESS

Location: BANJARA HILLS

Term: FULL-TERM, PERMANENT

**OUR REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 1-4 years in a hostess, front desk, or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
- Familiarity with POS and reservation software is a plus.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**1. Guest Reception & Seating**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate seating based on availability and preference.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Maintain a seating chart and efficiently manage table assignments.

**2. Reservation & Waitlist Management**:

- Handle reservations via phone, online platforms, or walk-ins.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and special requests.
- Inform guests about estimated wait times and manage the waitlist efficiently.

**3. Customer Service & Assistance**:

- Answer guest inquiries about the restaurant’s menu, services, and special promotions.
- Address minor complaints or escalate issues to the Restaurant Manager when necessary.
- Ensure VIP guests or special occasion bookings receive personalized attention.

**4. Coordination with Service & Kitchen Staff**:

- Communicate guest arrivals and special requests to waiters and kitchen staff.
- Assist in managing table turnover to maximize restaurant efficiency.
- Keep the front desk and entrance area neat and organized.

**5. Compliance & Hygiene**:

- Adhere to restaurant grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed in the reception area.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
