- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring a gracious and personalized welcome
- Manage and organize reservations, taking into account table availability, special requests, and event bookings.
- Confirm reservations and communicate relevant information to the assistant restaurant manager.
- Strategically plan and organize seating arrangements to optimize dining room capacity.
- Maintain awareness of table turnover and pacing to ensure efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with guests to provide information on the menu, daily specials, and any promotional offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain an organized and inviting waiting area.
- Keep guests informed about wait times and manage their expectations.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the front and back of the house.
- Communicate special requests or considerations to the serving staff.
- Promote special menu items, drinks, or promotions to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Upsell when appropriate, suggesting additional offerings or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences
- Adhere to a high standard of personal appearance, professionalism, and etiquette.
- Represent the restaurant with poise and uphold its fine dining atmosphere.
- Develop a familiarity with regular guests, acknowledging and appreciating their patronage.
- Contribute to creating a personalized and memorable dining experience.
- Handle unexpected situations, such as reservation mix-ups or guest dissatisfaction, with diplomacy and quick problem-solving

Collaborate with other front-of-house and back-of-house team members to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable dining experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
