As a Hostess at V BRNG Hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Greeting**: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
- **Reservation Management**: Manage reservations efficiently and communicate wait times to guests.
- **Seating Coordination**: Organize the seating chart and ensure tables are ready for guests.
- **Customer Service**: Address guest inquiries and complaints with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Ensure the host area and dining area are clean and organized at all times.
- **Communication**: Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
