Role OverviewWe're seeking a Host with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to welcome and assist guests visiting our Hyderabad office, including senior executives, partners, and clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented, and able to ensure a warm, professional, and seamless guest experience while representing the String Metaverse brandwith discretion and poise.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional manner. Coordinate guest appointments and meeting schedules with executives (CEO, CFO, and leadership team). Ensure meeting rooms and office spaces are well-prepared for visits. Liaise with internal teams to support guest logistics and hospitality arrangements. Uphold a polished and welcoming environment in line with company standards.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Professional demeanor, grooming, and etiquette. Prior experience in hospitality, corporate reception, or executive guest relations preferred. Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
