State Head – Sales (Offline Expansion) | NxtWave Disruptive TechnologiesLocation: Gujarat / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Madhya Pradesh / Tamil Nadu (depending on territory)Team : NIAT – Offline ExpansionWorking Day s: 6-day weekExperience in sales - 5-13 yearExperience in EdTech- 2-3yearAbout NxtWaveNxtWave is one of India’s fastest-growing EdTech startups, transforming youth into highly skilled tech professionals with its CCBP 4.0 programs.Founded by alumni from Amazon, IIT Bombay, IIT Kharagpur, and IIIT Hyderabad, NxtWave is backed by Greater Pacific Capital , Orios Ventures , and Better Capital , and officially partners with NSDC (Govt. of India) .With 450+ districts served and 2000+ hiring partners including Google, Amazon, Nvidia, Oracle, Deloitte , and more, NxtWave is building the next generation of tech talent across India.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven leader to own and scale NxtWave’s business across an entire state.As the State Head – Sales & Operations , you’ll drive revenue growth, optimize ROI, manage large teams, and ensure seamless operational excellence in your region.This is a high-ownership role for leaders who thrive on building and scaling businesses.What You’ll Do1) Own the P&L for your state — drive revenue, profitability, and ROI.2) Build and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals.3) Lead, manage, and scale a multi-layered sales team (Senior Managers, Territory Managers, etc.).4) Drive high-volume B2C sales across urban and semi-urban markets.5) Optimize CAC, retention, and churn through data-driven actions.6) Expand NxtWave’s presence by identifying and developing new markets.7) Build deep relationships with students, parents, and communities.8) Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders across your team.9) Ensure operational excellence and consistent performance tracking.Who You Are8–12 years of experience in Sales & Business Leadership , with 4–5 years managing state/large-region operations.Proven success in owning P&L and driving strong business outcomes.Experience in EdTech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG , or other high-volume B2C industries.Strong grasp of sales funnels, CAC, ROI, and retention metrics .Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
