Role & Responsibilities:

Who are we looking for?

A Key Account Manager is responsible for handling client accounts in a company. These accounts make up the highest percentage of company’s income, and the key account manager must build and maintain a strong relationship with the client. Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude in networking and building relationships.• Goal-oriented, organized team player.• In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening, and good presentation skills.• Strong negotiation skills.• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively• Self-motivated and self-directed• Experience in handling key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.• They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.• Bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and will develop new relationships with potential clients.• Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.• Will be responsible for complete handholding with customer till the revenue realization.
