As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Altudo, you will introduce innovative project management and collaboration solutions using Asana and MIRO to businesses across India. You’ll drive digital transformation by offering tailored solutions that enhance workflows and efficiency.

Working closely with the Asana, MIRO, and Altudo teams, you'll have full support to deliver the best solutions and drive successful outcomes for your clients. This role empowers you to make a significant impact across industries with leading tools and a collaborative approach.

What you will do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT services sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and target potential clients.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to acquire new accounts and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations, collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
  • Track sales performance, provide regular reports to management, and use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and the sales pipeline.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA from a premier institute.
  • 5+ years of recent experience in sales, specializing in IT services, data solutions, or technology consulting.
  • Strong network of C-suite, VP, and Director-level connections, especially in the APAC region (India-focused).
  • Expertise in ITES (IT-enabled services) sales with a deep understanding of the APAC market.
  • Proven experience in both new business acquisition (hunting) and account management.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools to manage pipelines and track sales performance.
