Full-time, Office-based (No Target Based Job)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client interactions through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Take regular follow-ups from clients regarding payments, orders, and other requirements.
  • Maintain client relationship records and ensure timely communication.
  • Coordinate internally with the accounts and sales team to close client queries.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Only Female candidates may apply.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Client Relationship Management / CRM preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email drafting).
  • Should be proactive, well-organized, and client-friendly.
