Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and intelligent professional to join our team as a
CRM Software Executive / Analyst
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving CRM adoption, training users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. If you are confident, hardworking, and eager to learn, this role will give you an opportunity to grow in the areas of CRM, sales operations, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Engage with CRM users regularly to encourage adoption and guide them through processes.

2) Conduct training sessions for new and existing users.

3) Provide one-on-one support and resolve user queries (FAQs).

4) Manage basic CRM administration tasks and user support.

5) Prepare CRM guides, training material, and FAQs for reference.

6) Generate manual reports in Excel by analyzing CRM data.

7) Assist with understanding and tracking sales funnel, lead generation, and campaign activities.

8) Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and usage.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
     Prior experience in customer service, customer experience, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with teams.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new software, tools, and processes.
  • Prior CRM exposure is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Problem-solving attitude, keen to learn and grow.
  • Good knowledge of Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts
