Job Summary: The CRM Executive at The Glopack Industries Pvt Ltd will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle. This role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, drive customer loyalty, and optimize the company's sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Data Management: Collect, analyze, and manage customer data to identify trends, customer needs, and areas for improvement.

CRM System Management: Oversee the CRM software, ensuring it is effectively utilized across the company. Regularly update and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer information.

Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through personalized communications, offers, and services.

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide customer insights, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights for sales and marketing teams. Present findings to management to inform strategic decisions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
