Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing located in Visakhapatnam. The Deputy General Manager Sales Marketing will be responsible for managing sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service operations, and leading a team. The role also involves general management duties, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales and marketing division to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns for brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive market position.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience working in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
- Currently working in Visakhapatnam or willing to relocate
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious targets and business objectives.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience motivating and developing a team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferable
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Proficient in Telugu, English and preferably Hindi
