Job Title:

Deputy General Manager Sales

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing located in Visakhapatnam.

Job Description:

The primary objective of this position is to drive sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing sales teams, and leading the entire sales and marketing division to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, mentoring and training sales teams to optimize performance, and designing and executing innovative marketing campaigns for brand visibility.

In addition, the Deputy General Manager Sales will conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, and oversee digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Skills: Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies, strong leadership qualities, proficiency with CRM software and marketing analytics tools, and experience in the real estate industry (preferable).
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Telugu, English, and preferably Hindi.
