Lead Creative Visionary for Large-Scale Video Productions

We are seeking an exceptional Art Director to spearhead the creative vision of our large-scale video production projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the visual identity, style, and tone of each project while overseeing daily creative output across multiple studios to ensure quality and brand alignment.

  • Define and maintain the visual identity, style, and tone of each project.
  • Oversee daily creative output across multiple studios, ensuring quality and consistency in all deliverables.
  • Develop strategic plans, guidelines, and workflows for scalable video productions that meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and cinematographers to bring concepts to life.
  • Lead and mentor design/production teams, fostering a culture of creative excellence.

This role requires:

  • 4-6 years of experience in art direction for film, ads, or large video productions.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branded content and e-commerce video work.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-studio/multi-location operations efficiently.
  • Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
