Chief Creative Visionary

We seek a visionary Chief Creative Visionary to spearhead the strategic planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects.

  • Project Leadership: The successful candidate will oversee high-profile architecture and plotting projects ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Collaborate with land acquisition teams to assess project feasibility and prepare comprehensive test-fits.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with sales, project managers, and consultants to synchronize space programs and project timelines.
  • Meetings Management: Schedule and lead project kick-off and weekly review meetings to ensure progress and address challenges.
  • Consultant Review: Critically evaluate consultant deliverables throughout project development stages.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all planning, design, and implementation activities align with established protocols and standards.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Develop compelling feasibility reports, design proposals, and engaging presentations for stakeholders.
  • Cross-disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with MEP engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to refine design concepts.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensure designs comply with Indian building codes and regulations.
  • Site Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality, provide guidance, and document observations.
  • Design Solutions: Proactively address design-related challenges and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
  • Final Inspections: Oversee snagging and final inspections prior to project handover, ensuring completion meets specifications.

To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) degree, excellent English language skills, strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation, and advanced knowledge of SketchUp. Prior experience working on-site is beneficial, as are relevant qualifications.
