Job Title: Design Verification Strategist

About the Role:

This is a senior position that oversees the architecture of a verification environment from scratch. The role involves creating test plans and implementing a top-down design verification flow in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design and architecture.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Architecting design verification methodologies, developing test plans, and ensuring successful implementation
  • Collaborating with design, architecture, system validation, and software teams to perform chip verification
  • Developing and executing design verification testing plans, proposing suitable strategies, building test platforms, and ensuring high-quality verification
Critical Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in designing test environments from scratch, with expertise in specification understanding, comprehensive test planning, and top-level testbench architecture
  • Proficiency in verification tools, including Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, OVM, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience with standards-based verification, such as MIPI, USB3, Ethernet, and power-aware designs is an advantage
  • A self-motivated individual who can develop verification strategies for new devices without legacy references
  • A hands-on professional committed to contributing towards innovative product development
