This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing located in Visakhapatnam. The Deputy General Manager Sales Marketing will be responsible for managing sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing customer service operations, and leading a team. The role also involves general management duties, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth.

Lead the entire sales and marketing division to achieve business goals.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance.

Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns for brand visibility.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Oversee digital marketing, lead generation, and sales pipeline management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.

Experience working in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh

Currently working in Visakhapatnam or willing to relocate

Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.

Strong leadership qualities with experience motivating and developing a team.

Proficiency with CRM software and marketing analytics tools.

Experience in the real estate industry is preferable

Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

Proficient in Telugu, English and preferably Hindi
