About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and
Client Acquisition Manager
with strong

expertise in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and

engage with business partners, develop client relationships, and expand our presence in the

market. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, proven

sales strategies, and a track record of achieving growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities within the US Staffing market.

● Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long-term business.

● Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets by implementing effective business

development strategies.

● Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

● Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met

effectively and on time.

● Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable

partnerships.

● Maintain detailed records of business development activities using CRM or relevant

tools.

● Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client

meetings.

● Think critically and strategically when planning to ensure project and client success.

Qualifications

● MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● 6–10 years of proven
Client Acquisition
experience in US Staffing/Recruitment.

● Strong network and client connections within the US Staffing industry.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business growth strategies.

● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Experience with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online sourcing platforms.
