Responsibilitie
s• Determine current staffing needs and produce forecast
s• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plan
s• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future need
s• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.
)• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experienc
e• Assist in employee retention and developmen
t• Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other event
s• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvemen
t
Requirements and skill
s:• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment brandi
ng• Understanding of all selection methods and techniqu
es• Proficient in the use of social media and job boar
ds• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different rol
es• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databas
