  • Talent Acquisition: Design efficient recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HR admins and recruiters.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs) for the HR department.

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum.
