About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Avana Surgical Systems Pvt Ltd.

Job Summary

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead HR initiatives, drive talent acquisition and retention strategies, and oversee employee engagement programs across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition and retention strategies in line with the company's growth objectives.
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through diverse channels while ensuring the recruitment process aligns with organizational values and culture.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, assessments, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and create targeted recruitment and onboarding programs.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and develop clear career growth pathways.
  • Implement innovative employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives that align with Avana's commitment to employee wellbeing and organizational culture.
  • Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee queries.
Talent Development

The ideal candidate will have expertise in learning and development, program management, or a related field. They will be responsible for leading training needs assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and areas for employee growth across departments.

They will also develop, implement, and evaluate learning programs that support Avana's commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Foster a culture of continuous learning by collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide a wide range of professional development opportunities.

Strategic Planning

The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational structure, and future talent needs.

Drive HR initiatives that support Avana's long-term growth, employee engagement, and retention objectives.

Oversee change management processes to support organizational transitions and promote a resilient and adaptable workforce.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in training and development, program management, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in training software and tools.
