Leads the NDT Business Development and Sales at the National Level.
Major Responsibilities
Leads the Organizations’ NDT Sales team to deliver on NDT sales objectives and targets.
Assists the Management to formulate sales strategy, short term, and long term, in line with the market conditions and the organization’s overall Strategic Priorities.
Prepares yearly sales budgets, sets out action plans to deliver on the budget.
Develops an efficient sale team in the operating regions, mentor’ guides and trains them to implement the sales plans.
Tracks opportunities, plans client meetings, prepares and submits technical, commercial proposals, follows up with clients and closes Quotes /proposals to lock sales.
Manages the Company’s CRM to log opportunities, review opportunity funnel, publishes dashboards to the management and region sales executives.
Conducts weekly/ fortnightly sales review with the region sales team to update the CRM.
Leads and takes initiatives to cultivate a “Go-to-market” approach.
Works closely with the Operations teams to align proposals to available resources and feasibility.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate with an engineering degree or an equivalent NDT Programme with 10 yrs. of experience, in sales/operations in the industrial /infrastructure field
Management degree will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
Any candidate with NDT experience, or a background in Asset Integrity Management or having experience in selling/marketing of Services such as Fit for Service, Remaining Life Assessment will be given preference.
