About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Development Manager to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a future-ready sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a blueprint for building a sales organization that is capable of driving growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Oversee the sales development and sales capability development through ideation of GTM strategy and its execution in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Leverage sales analytics and automation to drive data-driven business strategy and facilitate relevant sales capability development interventions.
  • Identify field capability gaps and execute sales rewards programs to drive sales performance.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with 9-11 years of experience in FMCG, Food, Non-Food, or Pharma, with an MBA from a Tier 1/2 institution. You should have a strong understanding of sales development and capability development, as well as experience in executing GTM strategies and leveraging sales analytics and automation.
