This is a remote position.

At STRI we are hiring Recruitment Interns to work withus for a period of 3 to 6 months. This internship comes with aPreplacement opportunity subject to good performance and completionof the internship duration.
Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:
  • Utilize various channels (job boards socialmedia professional networks etc.) to source and attract qualifiedcandidates.
  • Conductproactive candidate searches to build a pipeline of potentialtalent.
  • Screen resumes andapplications to assess candidates qualifications and match themwith open positions.
  • Collaboratewith hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs anddevelop targeted candidate profiles.
Candidate Evaluation and Selection:
  • Conductpreliminary screening over the phone to assess candidates skillsqualifications and cultural fit.
  • Administer relevant assessments or tests to evaluatecandidates technical or jobspecificabilities.
  • Coordinate andfacilitate interviews with hiring managers and otherstakeholders.
  • Conduct referencechecks and verify employment history andcredentials.
Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage job postings and advertisements onvarious platforms.
  • Track and maintain candidate data and recruitment metricsfor reporting purposes.
  • Coordinateand schedule interviews assessments and other recruitmentrelatedactivities.
EmployerBranding and Candidate Experience:
  • Promote the employer brand and companyculture to attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customerscolleges and other talent sources.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experienceby maintaining regular communication and providing feedbackthroughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure timely and personalized communication withcandidates regarding their applicationstatus.
OfferManagement and Onboarding:
  • Coordinate job offers to selected candidatesnegotiate salary and benefits and coordinate the onboardingprocess.
  • Collaboratewith HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for newhires.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate in HR or anyspecialization
  • 02 yearsexperience
  • Candidates looking for internshipopportunities/ Return to work mothers who are looking to start anew career learning a skill
  • Prior experience or knowledge of Talentacquisition is preferable
  • Ability to work independently remotely withminimal guidance
  • Proactive to get the job done while keepingall concerned parties in theloop.
  • Goodoral and written skills
  • Friendly cool and composed personality with the abilityto build relationships.
