MTCis looking for HR Generalist Intern who wants to gain industryexperience in performing HR processes and tasks. As a HR GeneralistIntern your roles and responsibilities will be asfollows:

CoreFunctionalResponsibilities

  • Create plan and conduct onboardingplans.
  • Assisting in Talent Acquisition andrecruitment processes.
  • Organising employee policies andprocedures.
  • Providing support to employees in various HRrelated queries.
  • Assist in development and implement HRpolicies and procedure.
  • Create and update jobdescriptions.
  • Gather data and analyze the HRmetrics and develop implementationplanning.
  • Advertise job openings on companys careers page social media job boards and source potentialcandidates from online channels
  • Craft Recruiting emails toattract passive candidates and screen incoming resumes andapplication forms
  • Provide shortlists of qualifiedcandidates to hiringmanagers
  • Updating Employee data base on ourportal
  • Gather information on attendance and leavedata as and when required
  • Coordinate with Accounts team on the payrollprocessing details

GeneralResponsibilities:

  • Collaboratewith managers to identify future hiringneeds
  • Use theoretical knowledge tobring a fresh perspective to the various day to dayactivities
  • Participate in weekly reviewmeetings with various teams.
  • Work with reporting manager business headsand internal teams

Abhyaz Internshipsare a 48 weeks remote opportunity designed to develop yourprofessional acumen while you work on critical real time projects.Youare expected to spend 10 to 15 hrs a week.Ourteam of mentors and industry professionals guide you through everystep of the project for you to gain valuable hands onexposure.We publish your work resultsin your online portfolio allowing you to strengthen yourprofessional resume and social media profiles while showcasing yourwork to best position your talents for future opportunities.Theoutcomes will be bytesized projects that will have to be deliveredevery week.
