Bigbee Experience Management Pvt LtdLocation: Bangalore (On-site)About Us:Bigbee Experience is a fast-growing experiential marketing and corporate events agency.We are hiring a Tender Manager to identify suitable government and institutional tenders,prepare documentation, and manage the bidding process end-to-end for events, exhibitions,branding, and related services.Key Responsibilities:• • Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from government portals, PSUs, and largeinstitutions• • Understand tender specifications and coordinate with internal teams fordocumentation and compliance• • Prepare bid documents, technical proposals, and financial bids in coordination withdesign and accounts• • Track deadlines, submission timelines, and post-bid clarifications or negotiations• • Maintain a calendar of upcoming tenders and proactively plan submissions• • Build relationships with tender authorities, consultants, and registration bodies• • Maintain accurate documentation for EMDs, BGs, vendor registrations, and compliancerecords• • Keep management informed on bid status, win-loss ratio, and future opportunitiesKey Skills Required:• • In-depth knowledge of tendering processes (Ge M, CPP, e Proc portals, etc.)• • Strong documentation, compliance, and coordination skills• • Understanding of event production, branding, or marketing verticals is preferred• • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document formatting• • Good communication and negotiation abilityExperience & Qualification:• At least 1 year of experience in tender management, preferably in events, advertising, or infrastructure sectors
