About Us:

Bigbee Experience is a fast-growing experiential marketing and corporate events agency.

We are hiring a Tender Manager to identify suitable government and institutional tenders,

prepare documentation, and manage the bidding process end-to-end for events, exhibitions,

branding, and related services.


Key Responsibilities:

• • Identify and evaluate relevant tenders from government portals, PSUs, and large

institutions

• • Understand tender specifications and coordinate with internal teams for

documentation and compliance

• • Prepare bid documents, technical proposals, and financial bids in coordination with

design and accounts

• • Track deadlines, submission timelines, and post-bid clarifications or negotiations

• • Maintain a calendar of upcoming tenders and proactively plan submissions

• • Build relationships with tender authorities, consultants, and registration bodies

• • Maintain accurate documentation for EMDs, BGs, vendor registrations, and compliance

records

• • Keep management informed on bid status, win-loss ratio, and future opportunities


Key Skills Required:

• • In-depth knowledge of tendering processes (GeM, CPP, eProc portals, etc.)

• • Strong documentation, compliance, and coordination skills

• • Understanding of event production, branding, or marketing verticals is preferred

• • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and document formatting

• • Good communication and negotiation ability


Experience & Qualification:

• At least 1 year of experience in tender management, preferably in events, advertising, or infrastructure sectors
