Application Security Presales Manager

Location :- Mumbai/Bangalore
The position have been created for the rapidly growing Security Verification Practice at Aujas Cybersecurity. This position is ideal for both the technical presales consultants who have a flair for pre sales and articulating their views, as well as the technical business development executives who understand technology behind their offerings and how their clients can benefit from it. These cross functional positions offer excellent opportunity for playing a key visible role in the market along with an impressive career growth path.
Description of key responsibilities:
We need 8+ years Experience as Application Security Presales Manager
- Experience as a presales engineer or Lead customer success team for a specific region or Security tower or industry in Security testing area.
- Assisting Practice leadership in planning and identifying channels for business development and expansion
- Creation of proposals, RFP / RFI / RFQ response, estimation, business case preparation, and proposal presentations for security assessment requirements
- Hands on technical delivery experience in the start of the career
- In depth understanding of Delivery, presales and Sales processes and should be able to connect the dots/Driven by business targets
- Should have managed large clients and/or multiple engagements in presales role
- Mentor customer success team to create complexed proposals and/or technical solutioning with high quality standards, sustainable and commercially viable. If needed should be ready to do hands-on
- Meet the business revenue targets for the business unit success /Educate and coach business development team efficiently qualify the leads, conversion and opportunity closure
- Conduct various sales enablement sessions on the latest technical trends in the industry
- Define marketing strategy to target right set of audience through various marketing initiatives
- Develop strong connect with the community and play an advisor role for clients
- Participate in various conferences and events as a speaker to brand our services well
- Responsible to hire, mentor, manage team to meet the defined business targets
- Good communication & presentation skills
