About the Role:
We are expanding our exclusive brand outlets "TT Bazaar" (similar to Jockey single-brand stores). We need a Franchisee Stores Manager who can strategize, identify, and onboard franchise partners, and ensure successful store openings across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard potential franchise partners.
  • Handle the complete process of store opening (location scouting, agreements, infrastructure, stock allocation, launch).
  • Monitor franchisee profitability and sales performance.
  • Ensure standard retail SOPs and brand guidelines are followed across all outlets.
  • Act as the bridge between company and franchise partners.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate with 5–10 years' experience in Franchise Development/Channel Management.
  • Preferably from the garment/apparel/lifestyle industry, but open to candidates from retail/food/QSR/franchise backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
