Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Acquisition Manager located in New Delhi. The Franchise Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise partners, managing and assisting in the negotiation of franchise agreements, developing business plans, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role also involves market research, franchisee support, and performance monitoring to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Franchise Acquisition, Business Development, or Sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and develop business proposals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with franchise business models and local regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
