Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Franchise Manager to drive business growth through acquisition and management of new business partners, sub-brokers, and B2B clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the companys presence, building strong professional relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new franchise partners, sub-brokers, and B2B clients to expand business reach.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and discussions with prospective partners to explain business models and value propositions.
  • Facilitate the complete partner onboarding process, including documentation, compliance, and training.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with partners to ensure long-term association and consistent revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, and Technology) to provide timely support and resolve partner queries.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory guidelines (SEBI/Exchange rules).

Salary:

Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min 3 years of experience in Partner Acquisition, Business Development, or Sales (preferably in Stock Broking/Financial Services)
  • Understanding of SEBI regulations and broking industry processes will be an added advantage
