Job Summary
As a Franchise Acquisition Manager, you will lead the expansion of GD Goenka Healthcare Academies by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding qualified franchise partners across India. You will manage the complete franchise acquisition cycle, drive network growth, and ensure alignment with our organizational standards and vision.
Ideal candidates bring strong business development abilities, negotiation skills, and expertise in franchise operations—preferably within the education or healthcare sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Development & Acquisition
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners across India.
- Present the franchise model and conduct investor meetings.
- Perform due diligence, negotiate agreements, and finalize closures.
- Ensure franchisees understand operational, compliance, and business expectations.
Sales & Expansion
- Develop and execute acquisition and expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the organization in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Achieve monthly and annual franchise sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and active franchise partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and transition.
- Prepare performance reports, sales analytics, and business updates for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 7–8 years of experience in franchise sales or business development (education or healthcare preferred).
- Strong understanding of franchise models, business financials, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel across India.
