About the Job – Franchise Sales Executive (Delhi & UP Region)
Bal Vidya Kendra (BVK)
– one of India's fastest-growing pre-primary school brands with 50+ years of educational legacy – is expanding its franchise network across India.
We are looking for a
Franchise Sales Executive
to join our passionate team.
The role involves handling first-level franchise inquiries, coordinating meetings with the Sales & Operations Manager, and ensuring successful franchise closures through effective communication and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Strategic:
- Assist the Sales & Operations Manager in executing the franchise acquisition plan across Delhi and UP.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential investors and franchise partners.
- Maintain a strong understanding of BVK's franchise model, brand value, and USPs.
- Support in achieving monthly and quarterly franchise targets.
Operational:
- Attend and manage first-level calls from franchise inquiries (phone & WhatsApp).
- Explain BVK's franchise concept clearly and build initial interest.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential investors and management.
- Conduct in-person visits when required and represent BVK professionally.
- Update CRM and daily lead tracking reports.
Financial:
- Ensure timely follow-up for closures and maintain conversion quality.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve consistent revenue growth.
People & Communication:
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments for smooth franchise onboarding.
- Maintain strong communication and relationship-building with leads.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, franchise, or business development
- Excellent Hindi & English communication skills
- Comfortable with phone & field sales (Delhi–UP region)
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Compensation
- Salary:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month - Incentive:
Around ₹30,000 per franchise closed - Travelling Expenses:
Covered by Company - Work Mode:
