Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AVP Franchise Development to spearhead Divinitis franchise expansion across India and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and scaling our franchise business model while ensuring brand consistency, profitability, and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in franchise acquisition, partner management, and retail growth in premium/luxury sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute the overall franchise development strategy for India and select international markets.
- Identify high-potential markets, cities, and formats (flagship stores, franchise-owned outlets, shop-in-shop, experience centers).
Align franchise growth with brand vision, financial goals, and operational capabilities.
Franchise Acquisition
Generate leads, evaluate potential partners, and drive franchise recruitment campaigns.
- Develop and present business proposals, ROI models, and franchise presentations to prospective investors.
Negotiate franchise agreements, commercial terms, and legal frameworks in alignment with company policies.
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring long-term trust, satisfaction, and profitability.
- Act as the key liaison between franchise partners and internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, operations).
Provide ongoing support, training, and performance reviews to franchisees to ensure compliance and success.
Financial & Business Performance
Drive sales, profitability, and growth for the franchise network.
- Monitor P&L performance of franchise outlets and recommend corrective actions.
Establish KPIs for franchisees (sales targets, customer satisfaction, operational compliance).
Brand & Operational Excellence
Ensure franchise stores reflect Divinitis luxury brand standards, customer experience, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out franchise marketing campaigns, launch events, and promotional activities.
Audit franchise operations periodically to ensure adherence to brand SOPs.
Team Leadership
Lead a small team of franchise managers, business development executives, and support staff.
- Coach, mentor, and develop the team to deliver aggressive expansion and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- 10–15 years of proven experience in franchise development/retail expansion/business development, preferably in premium consumer goods, lifestyle, F&B, or luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models, legal contracts, and financial frameworks.
- Demonstrated success in scaling a franchise network across multiple geographies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Strong financial and commercial acumen (P&L management).
