Job Summary :-

Lead the expansion of the Skill Development Academy focused at K 12 Schools through franchising and strategic partnerships. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue .Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement franchising and expansion strategies
  •  Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  •  Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, partners, and stakeholders
  • Manage the franchise recruitment and onboarding process
  • Provide training and support to franchisees
  •  Monitor and report on franchise performance and compliance
  • dentify and mitigate risks associated with franchising and expansion. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for franchisees
Requirements:
  •  5+ years of experience in  Skill development,  ​​​​​​K12  School franchising, expansion, or business development
  •  Proven track record of success in driving growth and revenue through franchising and partnerships
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills
  •  Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making
  • Experience in the education or training industry preferred
  • Knowledge of franchising regulations and laws
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with franchise management software and tools
  • Familiarity with skill development programs and curriculum design
  • Experience in a similar industry or sector
