Franchise Development Manager Delhi/NCR
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to spearhead our franchise expansion and strengthen our presence in Delhi/NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential franchise partners across Delhi/NCR.
- Drive end-to-end franchise development – lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closure.
- Build strong relationships with potential investors and ensure alignment with company vision.
- Support franchise partners during the onboarding process to ensure smooth setup.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 1–5 years of experience in franchise development, business development, or channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Willingness to travel in pan india.
