Overview: The BusinessDevelopment Head plays a crucial role in driving the growth andexpansion of the organization through strategic businessinitiatives and partnerships. This position is essential inidentifying new business opportunities nurturing relationships withpotential clients and creating sustainable strategies for revenuegeneration.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andimplement comprehensive business development plans to achieveorganizational goals.
  • Lead and oversee thebusiness development team providing guidance andmentorship.
  • Identify potential clients andconduct negotiations to secure new businessopportunities.
  • Create and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders including clients partners andindustry professionals.
  • Analyze market trendsand competitors to identify potential business opportunities andthreats.
  • Establish and monitor key performanceindicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business developmentefforts.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto align business development strategies with overallorganizational objectives.
  • Participate in thedevelopment of pricing and sales strategies to maximizeprofitability.
  • Provide regular reports andupdates to senior management on business development activities andoutcomes.
  • Drive the development and executionof marketing and promotional activities to support businessgrowth.
  • Stay updated on industry best practicesand trends to ensure the organization remainscompetitive.
  • Represent the organization atindustry events conferences and networkingopportunities.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or related field; Masters degreepreferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 810years in business development with a focus on strategic planningand execution.
  • Demonstrated experience inleading and managing a highperforming business developmentteam.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability toidentify and capitalize on marketopportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation skillswith a demonstrated ability to close large deals andpartnerships.
  • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influencestakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinkerwith the ability to develop and execute innovative businessdevelopment strategies.
  • Proven ability toanalyze complex data and market trends to drive informed businessdecisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM and otherrelevant business development tools.
  • Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and drive results underpressure.
