The ideal candidate should have experience in the staffing vertical or skilling institute industry, with a proven track record of success. Key responsibilities include tender submissions, branch management, and mobilization of candidates in government schemes such as NAPS/NEEM/B.Voc. If you have a passion for education and sales, and a knack for building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you

Requirement:

- Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing vertical/skilling institutes as branch head with experience of tender submissions on portals OR B.Voc or distance courses as Branch Head- OR Minimum of 8 years of experience in mobilization of candidates in NAPS/NEEM/B.Voc- Proven track record of success in B2B and B2C sales- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets- Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
