Job Description – Trade Marketing LeadRole Overview- Lead end-to-end trade marketing strategy and execution across regions.- Oversee POSM planning, deployment, and compliance for all in-store activities.- Drive distribution effectiveness of input SKUs for activated months.- Create impactful sales team briefing materials and conduct F2F briefings.- Ensure loyalty program implementation and adherence to guidelines.- Lead GTM/RTM initiatives for all new product launches.- Empanel and manage key stores, track offtakes, and build retail partnerships.- Plan, execute, and measure micro-marketing activities at cluster level.- Manage vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective and quality execution.- Provide insights and ROI analysis on trade marketing activities.Who We Are Looking For- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).- 6+ years’ FMCG experience in Trade Marketing/Channel Development/GT Sales.- Strong expertise in metro market handling, POSM, loyalty programs, and ROI tracking.- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
