Job Description – Trade Marketing LeadRole OverviewLead end-to-end trade marketing strategy and execution across regions.Oversee POSM planning, deployment, and compliance for all in-store activities.Drive distribution effectiveness of input SKUs for activated months.Create impactful sales team briefing materials and conduct F2 F briefings.Ensure loyalty program implementation and adherence to guidelines.Lead GTM/RTM initiatives for all new product launches.Empanel and manage key stores, track offtakes, and build retail partnerships.Plan, execute, and measure micro-marketing activities at cluster level.Manage vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective and quality execution.Provide insights and ROI analysis on trade marketing activities.Who We Are Looking ForGraduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).6+ years’ FMCG experience in Trade Marketing/Channel Development/GT Sales.Strong expertise in metro market handling, POSM, loyalty programs, and ROI tracking.Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
