Job Description – Trade Marketing Lead Role Overview Lead end-to-end trade marketing strategy and execution across regions. Oversee POSM planning, deployment, and compliance for all in-store activities. Drive distribution effectiveness of input SKUs for activated months. Create impactful sales team briefing materials and conduct F2 F briefings. Ensure loyalty program implementation and adherence to guidelines. Lead GTM/RTM initiatives for all new product launches. Empanel and manage key stores, track offtakes, and build retail partnerships. Plan, execute, and measure micro-marketing activities at cluster level. Manage vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective and quality execution. Provide insights and ROI analysis on trade marketing activities. Who We Are Looking For Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred). 6+ years’ FMCG experience in Trade Marketing/Channel Development/GT Sales. Strong expertise in metro market handling, POSM, loyalty programs, and ROI tracking. Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
