Role: Customer Care Executive

Experience: 1 - 6 Years

Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through phone calls, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Supplying accurate and timely information about our insurance products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns professionally and efficiently, always striving for customer service excellence.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve overall customer experience.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using contact management tools and CRM software.
  • Contributing to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Required Skillset:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate Full Time
  • Preferred Languages - English (Mandatory), Malayalam, Tamil, Kanada, Telugu, Bengali
  • Candidate Location: Mumbai western line only or up to Powai and Kurla.
