
Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar role (customer care executive).
- Excellent communication skills for handling inbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Proficiency in backend operations processing and voice support processes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours or high-volume periods.
Location
Sion, Mumbai.
Timings
9 am to 6 pm. Alternate Saturdays off. Sundays fixed off.
