Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to

join our team as a Customer Care Executive. The Customer Care Executive will be

responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries,

resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide information about our ambulance services, including rates, availability, and

service areas.
- Assist customers with booking ambulance services and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and ambulance crews to ensure timely response to

customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and address any

additional concerns.

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
