Job Description:
Hotel Sonar Bangla Resort is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) to lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the hospitality industry with expertise in driving corporate sales, event business, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for MICE business including conferences, events, meetings, and corporate gatherings.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, event planners, and agencies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with operations, banquet, and front office teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospitality/Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel sales, with a strong background in MICE.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
